You can now contact DEWA through WhatsApp

Dubai's Electricity and Water Authority has become the first UAE government organisation to get their own verified WhatsApp account.

The new feature will use Artificial Intelligence so customers who opt to use the new channel can chat with Rammas, DEWA's virtual team member.

The service is available round the clock in both Arabic and English.

You can chat with DEWA on their official WhatsApp number 046019999.
