UAE President attends event hosted by Vladimir Putin

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan attended a formal event hosted by Russian President Vladimir Putin at his residence in Russia on Sunday.

The dinner took place at Putin’s residence whilst the UAE President was on an official visit to the country.

His Highness arrived in Russia over the weekend ahead of the BRICS Summit starting on Tuesday, marking the UAE's first attendance as a member of the group.

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed expressed gratitude to President Putin for his commitment to strengthening UAE-Russian relations. 

President Putin praised His Highness's efforts in enhancing bilateral ties, noting that their relationship has evolved into a strategic partnership.
