Health authorities in Dubai have reminded the public to follow a list of health and safety guidelines during Eid to ensure a healthy and happy celebration.
Families have been urged to swap gifts and money with electronic alternatives for children and to perform Eid prayers at home.
People have also been urged to avoid big gatherings and avoid visiting pregnant women, elders, people with chronic disease and children.
Those having fever or any respiratory symptom must remain home.
That's not all. House workers are urged to avoid interacting with outsiders, and wear face masks and gloves if they do so.
