Pink Caravan to host more than 50 breast cancer awareness events in the UAE in October

Pink Caravan will host more than 50 events in October to spread awareness about breast cancer and the importance of early detection. According to the national news agency WAM, the events coincide with International Breast Cancer Awareness Month observed every year. The events include Pink Caravan Riders’ shows, educational workshops, free screenings, seminars about methods of breast self-examination and visits to companies and schools. In the past five years, The Pink Caravan has already offered free screenings to more than 34,000 men and women.
