New Middle East Boeing hub in Dubai

Dubai South and Boeing are teaming up to establish the aircraft manufacturer's first Middle East hub. The memorandum of agreement was signed in a private ceremony at the Dubai Airshow. UAE officials say they welcome Boeing’s strategic decision to establish its regional headquarters at Dubai South, the planned city around Al Maktoum International Airport and the World Expo 2020 site. Justin Wilshaw is a senior vice president for Dubai South.

The aim is to confirm plans in 2016 and commence operations by the end of 2017.
