The marine march started from the port of Dibba Al-Fujairah, and saw the participation of more than 300 marine boats and 'Lengat'.

The show was organised by the fishermen’s associations in Fujairah.

The event brought together senior citizens and the UAE's youth in a lively consolidation of the Emirati heritage.

The boats participating in the march were adorned with the flag of the Emirates and pictures of the rulers.

Most boats also carried the UAE flag, with one extending upwards of one kilometre.
