Emirates Litfest authors nominated for prestigious award

Some of the authors that will be featured in the Emirates Airline Festival of Literature have been nominated for a prestigious children’s award. Jacqueline Wilson, Garth Nix and Lauren Child were nominated for the CILIP Carnegie and Kate Greenaway Medal. One of the key focuses at the festival will be the children’s programme as it is an important part of the event with a massive draw for students all over the region. The Emirates Airline Festival of Literature will be on from March 1 to 12.
