Dubai gears up for world's largest gathering of futurists

Dubai is gearing up for the world's largest gathering of futurists later this month.

The Dubai Future Forum will offer insights and strategies to address challenges and opportunities across a range of industries.

More than 2,500 experts from over 100 countries are expected to attend the third edition which runs from November 19-20 at the Museum of the Future.

The event will bring together over 150 prominent speakers, including government officials, CEOs, academics, and futurists from around the world.

Among the speakers are Sarah Sabry, the first Arab and African astronaut, Dr. Makoto Suzuki from the Okinawa Institute of Longevity, and Amy Webb from the Future Today Institute.

The sessions will focus on five major themes: Futuring Nature, Transforming Humanity, Optimising Health, Empowering Generations, and Foresight Insights.

Discussions will explore future trends in sectors like space, sustainability, energy, food, health, education, technology, AI and government operations.

The forum will also feature a showcase of the top 100 pilot projects and innovative solutions under the "Dubai Future Solutions – Prototypes for Humanity" initiative.
