Dubai 24|7 offers Municipality services at your fingertips

Dubai Media Office

While staying at home, Dubai Municipality is reminding us that all service requests can be lodged through its mobile app, 'Dubai 24|7'.

The smart channel allows users to apply for a service, submit information and follow up on requests without needing to pick up the phone or visit a service centre.

As the name suggests, it’s available around the clock.

Like most workplaces in the UAE, Dubai Municipality has implemented a remote work system, to ensure business continuity, and maintain the same level of productivity.

The app is available on iOS and Android platforms.
