UAE motorist racks up over AED 1 million in traffic fines

A man has taken the cake for the largest amount of traffic fines recorded by Ras Al Khaimah Police.

The 23-year-old motorist racked up more than AED 1.1 million in penalties for multiple offences.

The Arab national collected over 1,200 speeding tickets and another 51 for vehicle confiscation.

The fines were reportedly accumulated between November 2017 and this year.
