COVID-19: UAE reports no deaths for second consecutive day

No COVID-19 related deaths have been reported in the UAE for the second consecutive day.

Meanwhile, the country's recovery tally has gone up to 57,372 after another 179 patients were given the all-clear.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has also confirmed 277 new cases after carrying out 68,964 additional tests across the Emirates.

A total of 63,489 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far but only 5,759 of these, are currently active.

The death toll remains 358.
