COVID-19: 1,278 new cases in UAE from more than 112,000 tests

The UAE has confirmed 1,278 new cases of COVID-19 from as many as 112,546 tests.

Another 1,606 people have recovered, taking the total number of recoveries to 130,508.

Meanwhile, one more patient has died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 496.

A total of 133,907 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 2,903 are currently active.
