From November 1, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) will be diverting services for company vehicles from their customer service centres to electronic channels such as the website and smartphone app. The CEO of RTA's Licensing Agency, Ahmed Bahrozyan, says with 35% of vehicles in Dubai being owned by companies, this new initiative will help improve customer experience.
