72 new COVID-19 cases in UAE

The UAE confirmed 72 new cases of COVID-19 from 264,815 tests on Friday.

Another 92 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 735,362.

The total number of fatalities remains 2,142 as no COVID-19 related deaths were reported for the fourth consecutive day.

A total of 740,801 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 3,297 are currently active.
