1,489 new COVID-19 cases in UAE

The UAE has confirmed 1,489 new cases of COVID-19 from 324,266 tests in the past 24 hours.

Another 1,568 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 908,145.

The total number of fatalities stands at 2,309 as one death has been reported.

A total of 927,387 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 16,933 are currently active.
