Schedule announced for Emirates Airline Dubai Rugby Sevens

The pools and schedules are out for the Emirates Airline Dubai Rugby Sevens.

Running from December 5-7, this year’s event will see all men’s and women’s matches played on the main pitch for the first time in its history.

In the men’s competition, it will be Samoa and Canada in Pool C who get things underway on day one, while Pool B’s Spain and Ireland will lead the proceedings in the women’s round.

Hosted at the iconic Sevens Stadium, the tournament marks the first leg of the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series.

It also kicks off this season’s men’s competition as well as the race for Olympic glory at the Tokyo 2020 Games.
