Flavia Pennetta announces retirement after winning US Open title

Flavia Pennetta has announced her retirement after beating fellow Italian Roberta Vinci to win her first Grand Slam title at the US Open.Penetta has confirmed that she will continue to play for the rest of the season before retiring.
