Elmo and the Cookie Monster are trying to help young children understand why they are stuck at home during the global COVID-19 pandemic.

The ‘Hamilton’ creator, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and actors Anne Hathaway and Tracee Ellis Ross will join the cast of puppets for the special episode.

Creators WarnerMedia and Sesame Workshop say it’s aimed at entertaining kids and their families during uncertain times.
