Abu Dhabi launches unified real estate services platform

A unified digital platform has been launched in Abu Dhabi to easily manage all aspects related to real estate investment and services.

Through the smart system called 'DARI', clients, organisations and real estate professionals can access purchase, sales and lease transactions.

It also provides a directory of registered projects and a guide for authorised brokers. 

More features will be added to the platform later this year, including property market indicators, off-plan sales transactions and the option to communicate with brokers.

DARI was developed in collaboration between the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) and the Advanced Real Estate Services Company (ADRES).

The platform can be accessed through the webiste www.DARI.ae or through the DARI app.
