It’s that time of year again. food, prezzies, merriment, log fires, ‘The Great Escape’ on telly. It’s become a bit of a tradition on The Catboy & Geordiebird Breakfast Show to get in a huge Christmas Tree and get as many kids as possible to help come in and decorate it. In the past we’ve had as many as 150 kids (and their parents) packing out the corridors of Dubai 92, eating our Christmas cookies and generally having a merry old time.
This year we’re going all-out. We want this to be the biggest and the best. We’ve got a humdinger of a tree from our friends at Al Boom and lots of goodies from our favourite mall, Festival Centre. We’ll also have some surprises on the day and everyone is more than welcome to bring their cameras along to get photos.
We’re opening our studio door to all of you at 7am on Thursday 10th December. We know that might make some kids a little-bit late for school but come on… It’s only once a year and it’s a very special occasion!
If you’d like to come in with the kids, we need to hear from you. It’s invite only (we need to know number for the health and safety numpties), so click HERE (catboy@arnonline.com) and let us know the names of everyone (parents included) who are coming. This also goes for groups, so if you want to bring the whole class in from school, we need all the names.
Here’s some photos to whet your appetite…
